1. Do a name
search.
Search for all people with the same initial and last name, city
and state. If your first
results are not to successful, and the persons name isn't too
common, expand your search in to other cities and states. Look in places the
person has any relatives, friends, or any sort of a
connection.Make a list of
possible contacts, then try contacting them.
Hopefully one of them will know
the person and their whereabouts.

2. Social Security
Number, with this
number you can do a SSN search.
This will show you any credit
agencies that may have the persons most current address and
phone number.
Private investigators say this is
the best way to find someone who's trying to hide. This is
because alot of people
don't know all the different activities that they do, that
records and updates their credit record.
From getting a job and doing an
employment application, through to renting a place, or getting
the electricity or phone
turned on.
3. Voter Registration
Databases.
This is the one most commonly
overlooked but often the most effective. This is because a
person who goes missing often like to build a new life on their old
one. If they are a voter, they are more likely register to
vote.
These records are kept by state
offices,and are collected and made available through
specialized data bases and accessed by people search engines.
4. Uniform Commercial
Code. Searching

These are lien notices filed
locally and maintained by each state. The Search Services
